the staff were very kind i arranged an early check in. they looked after our luggage very well. the hotel has a pier with good views. amenities included pool towels and kayaks.

the wifi connection wasn't the best it disconnected frequently.

the location was amazing. it was right on the beach. it was near the ferry and also walkable to many restaurants. it was in a QUIET area so i did not hear any parties while i was resting. i plan to return.

the personnel was not always smiling. it is just a slight thing though.

i found the rooftop view pretty cool. i liked the pool and its central location meant i could go to either side of the island pretty easily. it felt nice and quiet too. security was present around the clock which i liked.

i found the staff weren't cute on arrival. they also didn't support us too much through our stay. the showers had cold water. plus, the room had a damp smell to it.
